红烧猪肘子

Haha, do you understand my writings?
I took customers' order yesterday, and forgot some chinese word.
Too long didn't practice writing chinese, always typing.
Ok, let me tell you.
The first one is 蟹粉小笼包, this dish is awesome, soupy dumpling with crab meat. I love this!
The second one is Fish Fillets in Hot Chili Oil, I believe Malaysians never eat it before.
It is mainland China homecook food.
Third one: 鱼香茄子. This is not fish dish, this is eggplant with garlic sauce.
I have no idea why it is called 鱼香.
Lastly, the little piggy is 红烧猪肘子，means pork shoulder.
I have no idea how to write 猪蹄or肘子at the rush hour, so I just wrote whatever I understand.
I gonna read my own hand writing and key into the micro system for guest's order.

 3 meals a day provided to the staff. Boss eat the same thing with staffs, I think this is one of the benefits!
