Frost Ice Bar

Gonna blog about the date with Olga, my taiwanese friend. She just graduated and preparing to go back to Taiwan. We seldom meet since we had completed our Esl class. She is a mastered student anyway how cool. So 2 week ago we took the train to Boston. Oh yes, Boston, again.
$10 per way. Slightly cheaper than the bus fare. But the duration about the same, 1 hour.
Of course in a train, u could see a better view. I saw a frozen lake but its too late for me to capture it.
Us in the train.
We didnt make a reservation for the afternoon tea that's why we changed our location. We came to a pastry shop in Newbury St. They sell macaroons!
Love this little cafe, with french ambience. Make me feel like flying to Paris immediately! Haha
Ham and Cheese in a croissant. Small and expensive. Accompanied with a Hazelnut Coffee. Coffee not as good as i thought. Macaroons too, cant beat Laduree of course.
Look at this guy, he planned to surprised his gf but the waitress told him that the gf just left! Omg, surprise failed. What a romantic guy, i thought this kind of scene will only appear in the movie. Unfortunately, i couldnt witness the showtime..
After that, we shopped around. Big perfume at Forever21. Nice decor.
After tried on this blazer, i bought it right after~ Baby blue is the trend for Spring.
Love this area, even Zara features light colors now. I bought a white coat from here. Lol. Money flew..
Then, we took the subway to an Italian Restaurant for dinner.
Menu on the wall.
Opened kitchen
Fried calamari as our appetizer.
My black pasta, scallops added.
Lol did u notice Olga is chewing something in her mouth? Haha
Such a small restaurant but people dont mind queing outside the restaurant in the cold weather.
After dinner, we walked to the Frost ice bar which is just few blocks away.

$15 per entrance (student-$11).
Beverage not included. $6 each, we didnt wanna drink alcohol so we choose some mocktails.
The sweet caroline is the best! Try them with this menu!
Mermaid at the entrance.
We were given a cape and gloves. Before entering, we had to put our belongings in the locker.
Had fun in the ice bar~
